Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Technical Board (OTB)

The OPIR Technical Board (OTB) functions as the interface between OPIR acquisition and GEOINT users for data standardization activities. The OTB is accountable to the GEOINT Working Group (GWG) for updating and/or creating standards to support OPIR data sharing and standards adoption.  Concurrently, the OTB functions as part of the GEOCOM Collections Subcommittee (GCS), OPIR Working Group (OWG) Technical Transition Framework (TTF) process.

 

The OTB is to coordinate and govern the establishment and maintenance of OPIR data standards across the full spectrum of OPIR data applicable to the larger GEOINT community.
